If you need support for your dental care, we invite you to contact the resources listed below. The following information is provided as a courtesy to the public. Oregon Health Plan
If you have insurance, contact your dental insurance plan for the names of participating dentists. If you do not have dental insurance, the Oregon Health Plan may be able to help. To apply or learn more about OHP, click here.
Seeing an OHP-Approved Dentist
